We are excited to announce a new web-based interface to our back-end management system. This will allow CSR's and dispatchers to access all back-end
functions via our new administration website, eliminating the need to use Remote Desktop. We will start rolling out this new system later this month!

We are proud to announce that Michael Mahony has joined our staff as Chief Technology Officer. He be sharing program development and customer support responsibilities.
Mike worked as the Director of Technology Solution for Restaurants on the Run, and was a part of their Executive Team. Fifteen years ago, they chose the Power Flash system
as the core base code which they customized to fit their unique needs. During that time, Mike worked closely with us as he took the core Power Flash code and added the
specific features that they desired. As a result, he is intimately familiar with both the Power Flash system and the RDS industry in general. As you may know,
Restaurants on the Run was one of the largest delivery services in the country before it was sold to Grub Hub last year.
Mike is a developer with 25 years of experience, and brings a core set of coding abilities that complements our existing staff. He recently was part of a team that
helped to automate the document filing and retrieval system used by the Courts, judges, and attorneys in Southern California. As such, he is up to speed with the
latest technologies, and will use that experience to make the Power Flash system even better!
