There are several softare packages on the market that offer the same basic features as Power Flash. However, while the basic features are there, the features in Power Flash have been developed to a much richer level.

For example, all of the programs allow you to fax a restaurant copy and a driver copy to the restaurant. But Power Flash will let you specify exactly what information is included on each fax, even allowing you to set a different criteria for each restaurant if you wish.

Another example would be security. Power Flash doesn't just give you two options (Manager and CSR). You can define as many levels of security as you want, allowing you to grant for each individual feature to only those employees who need it.

Yes, we will set your site up with your own domain name. We will setup your site with your basic color scheme and logos.
When we host your system, all you need is a computer with a broadband Internet connection.
Yes. Delivery fees can be based on zones, actual mileage, zip code, customer type (residential, business or hotel), and time of day (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).
Nothing! Up to 5 faxes, emails, and/or texts for each order are included in your per-order fee!
Our website is designed to be secure using the latest SSL data encryption standards. Your customer data is stored on a separate server, and we have adopted industry and PCI-based security standards.
No! All of our contracts can be cancelled with a 60 day notice.
Yes, you can still use you own website, and simply link or embed our ordering system.

We are continually improving our software. Even after 27 years, we are always adding new features based on our customers' suggestions. For example, we recently added a blogging feature to our system.
Yes, although this is usually not necessary. We can come to your location and assist you in any way that you need. Our fee is $2,000 per day plus expenses.
We can setup your system in just a few hours. If you are a startup, we generally recommend that you get started at least a month before you open. In the days just before your grand opening, you will be so busy that you may not have time to spend entering your restaurant menus. It can take up to a week to get your credit card processing setup.
You can call our regular (888) 578-9428 for support. Our hours are from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday Eastern time. Emergency Support is available after hours via a private support number.
Between one and five hours of email and/or telephone support are included in your per-order fee each month, depending on your plan. Extra support is charged at the rate of $150 per hour. We can tailor custom support packages for those larger customers who need more attention. Our support services can include web-site design and training, and custom feature development.
