You may switch from one plan to another with 30 days notice.
Telephone/Email support does not include Graphic/Website Design services, external
domain name support, or system customization. Extra telephone/email support is billed at $150 per hour. Support time is billed in 6 minute increments during
regular business hours, and half-hour increments after hours.
Graphic Design services and system customization services are billed $150 per hour. We also offer website packages, which you can find here. Please call for website design and system customization pricing.
We provide a secure website under our main domain name. If you want to use your own domain name, we can register your domain and set everything up for you. Or, if you want, you may purchase
your own domain name, and we will set them up on our system at no extra charge. We provide A standard SSL Certificate for $65/year.
Automated Voice Confirmations, Driver Texting, Customer Texting, and faxing are included in the per-order price. If the total number of voice confirmations, driver texts, customer texts and faxes
exceed the monthly order count by a factor of 5, you will be billed 5 cents for each excess one. Most clients never even come close to that threshold.
